Even featuring patient stories or reviews means obtaining signed HIPAA forms and is only appropriate in certain areas of healthcare such as pediatrics or physical therapy. Most patients prefer privacy.
Employees, on the other hand, are proud to share stories and experiences about a job they love. Those who feel valued are more likely to spread the word about your practice or business if they are asked or have an incentive.
Much of your social media content needs to focus on providing value and serving your audience. But, sometimes, you also want to let your audience know how they can work with you.
