What social media channel is right for clinicians in 2022

I don’t expect you to follow this news amidst the chaos of building and running a practice in a pandemic, {{ subscriber.first_name }}, but marketers are in a tizzy lately.

A lot of the “tips and tricks” marketing gurus would shout from social media like used salesmen no longer work as well. Turns out marketing hacks are about as true as most Tik Tok hacks, like this one that set this lady’s washer on fire 🔥

And a lot of the tried and true methods that did work–like Facebook ads and FB organic marketing don’t work as well now.

Next, will the real experts please step up

I actually think this is good news for marketing your practice or healthcare business. Because good marketing was never actually easy. Those who say it is just make everyone else feel like they’re doing something wrong 😒

Good marketing takes having a great service or product – and that takes time, practice and expertise.

All of which YOU have, as an expert clinician.

And tips and tricks that you just had to figure out while juggling charts, insurance, billing and appointments never was ideal for you.

The playing field has been leveled.️

What your audience cares about is knowing, liking and trusting you. They’re more likely to look at your social media or website because they heard of you from a friend or referral than find you because you’re an Influencer. They don’t care how many likes and follows you have, and they’re often not even going to comment.

At the end of the day, they just want to know if you are the right person or practice to help them with their problem. And THAT, my friend, is still easy to do in your marketing.

In this episode, I dive into what channels should clinicians be on to reach your target audience in 2022.

About Wendy:

I help healthcare experts stand out by telling their story on websites, emails and social media. When it comes to marketing, the greatest waste is an idea that fails to connect to its audience – not because it wasn’t a good idea but because it wasn’t packaged as a great story.

My goal is to help clinicians stand out with content marketing. I’ve worked in marketing communications for nearly 20 years and experienced firsthand the rapid pace of change in this space. I launched Sparkr Marketing to help you stay ahead in this age of information overload. I’ll help you filter through the countless marketing tactics to find the right ones to reach your target market. Most importantly, I help your business stay true to your story.
